As many other nurseries do we take part in the Early Education Funding for three and four year olds, we also make additional charges as allowed by the DfE for additional facilities and activities we offer as part of being a high quality nursery school. More details available on request.
We do apply a one off administration charge of £50 when registering your child. Once your child has started, the £50 will be added back to your first invoice.
Application Process
We warmly invite you to see the school and watch us in action before deciding if we are the right place for your child to start their journey in education.
If you would like to send your child to us, all you have to do is fill in an application form and send it to us. If we have space for the days and times you have requested we will send you an offer of a place and ask you for a £50 non refundable administration fee to secure the place. This will come out of your first months invoice. You may put your child on the waiting list for a place as soon as they turn one and a half.
We are open Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 6pm. Currently we are open term time only and offer holiday club during most school holidays. You may request as many or as few hours as you need. We have a minimum attendance of 6 hours or 2 three hour sessions.
All three year old children are entitled to 15 hours funded childcare, and working parents can access 30 hours places. For more information please go to www.childcarechoices.co.uk to find more details on how and when to apply. We are here to help through the process but applying for funded places is the parent's responsibility. We can help with any queries and our administration team are skilled and experienced.
You will then be asked to fill in registration forms giving us all the information we need in order to ensure we are fully meeting your child's needs. This includes emergency contacts, allergy information, medical and dietary needs.
Once they are ready to start we will invite you to taster sessions and then they will start attending for longer at a pace that suits them. We work on an individual basis as some children attend nursery happily and others require a slower transition.
